Our latest customer review from The Better Business Bureau:
Back in college (circa 1971) I used to play a great machine made by ******** ******). Having recently retired, I thought I’d look for one to bring home—not an easy task since only 500 were made. Searching the internet I found Jerry’s company and gave them a call. Good God, he found one for me, did a complete restoration, then shipped it here in Oregon. What a phenomenal job, it’s a real beauty—he, Ashley, Sarg and the rest of his staff are truly first rate, and masters at their craft. We even determined that the machine might possibly be the actual one I played on as Jerry got it from an old vendor who used to be the distributor for Ithaca, NY where I went to school—it certainly plays as well. So yes, I would highly recommend Pinball Alley to anyone interested in purchasing, or having their own machine restored or repaired. My experience with them, without question, rates a full five stars.
